Marco Vinício Petrelluzzi
Marco Vinício Petrelluzzi graduated in Law School, specialized in Criminal Law, at Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He acted as a Public Prosecutor of São Paulo State from 1982 to 2014, focused in Criminal Law, Diffuse and Collective, Rights and Administrative Improbity. Mr. Petrelluzzi was Secretary of Civil Affairs of São Paulo city (1985), Chief of Staff of the leader of the majority in the Brazilian National Constitutional (1987-1988); Special Advisor of the Governor of the State of São Paulo (1995-1999); Police Commissioner of the State of São Paulo (1999-2002); Representative of the Public Prosecutor Office in the Criminal Court of the State of São Paulo (2002- 2010); Representative of the Public Prosecutor Office in the Civil Court of the State of São Paulo related to corruption practices (2010 -2015). Taught Criminal Law Classes at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU), at the Universidade Paulista (UNIP) and at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP).
Mr. Petrelluzzi is co-author, along with Rubens Naman Rizek Junior, of the book Anticorruption Law – Origins, Comments and Analysis of Correlated Legislation” published by Editora Saraiva in 2014.
Dyrceu Aguiar Dias Cintra Junior
Dyrceu Aguiar obtained his law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP), with specialization in Civil Law. He acted as a Judge of the Court of the State of São Paulo, from 1981 to 2012, when he retired as judge of it.
As one of the founders of the Associação Juízes para a Democracia (AJD) and the Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCRIM), Mr. Aguiar worked in commissions, councils and study groups related to Human Rights, Criminal Law, Electoral Law and Public Security, aiming to improve legislation and the justice system.
He is author of several articles in juridical newspapers, especially in the Revista dos Tribunais and Revista Brasileira de Ciências Criminais, and he is co-author of the “Código de Processo Penal e sua interpretação jurisprudencial”, organized by Alberto Silva Franco and Rui Sotocco, published by Revista dos Tribunais, in 1999 and “Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente Comentado”, published by Malheiros Editores in 2000.
Cristiana Alli Molineiro
Cristiana Alli Molineiro obtained her degree as a lawyer from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) in 2013. She attended the course of Criminal Procedure offered by University of Coimbra – Portugal. Currently, Ms. Molineiro attends to a specialization course at Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP).
Mrs. Molineiro is a member of Associação de Advogados de São Paulo (AASP), Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD) and Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCCRIM).
